Each project that we develop in our company starts with clarification of requirements. Before an actual product can be built it should be described with all the high-level details. After figuring out all the requirements we are moving to the design phase – at this point the future product is getting the first look and feel. If an interactive prototype was built our client can get the first feedback about user experience making some demos to the potential customers. It can save development resources because some improvements can be made even without building a real product.
When design is created and requirements are clarified the development phase can be started. It is an iteration process separated into 2-3 week periods. At the end of each period we make a demo with the achieved results for the client. After the development phase is finished we carefully test the final product and help our client to deploy the final version and go live.
